I have no words to describe what I feel right now, watching the TV, listening on the radio, hoping that it will be gone soon. I wish to see people fighting for each other and for this planet, not with each other to destroy our World. I remember about a movie where they invented a war on the media to redirect the scandal that was happening in politics. I have the same sensation, that somebody is playing with our mind....but unfortunately I am right now in Romania, the war is right beside us, and real people , children , women and elderly desperately come to the border to save themselves. πππ
100% of the sale of all my work reflecting Ukrainian war, will go to CERT , a Romanian organization helping the emigrants coming from Ukraina. This piece is exposed in a local art gallery in Cluj Napoca.
Painting is for me a way to explore and appreciate color in everything from architecture to nature. I've studied art at University of Bucharest for one year, then I just started a new career. I forgot how much I love to play with colors and I am delighted to paint in my spare time. I simply paint and enjoy, just let my imagination to fly...

Beautiful work Evelina. I hear you and think the same. There is so much more to this than we are being told - unfortunately that doesn't help those poor people who it is affecting. It is always the innocents who suffer, as the leaders make their decisions. Maybe it is a war between the elites and civilians also.
Evelina Popilian replied:
Thank you, Issie, it is too much for all and it's very sad.
