Description
I did this piece in memory of my mom, she used to wear braids , long braids, when she was young. We learned music, and loterature, and French, and art from her. After her passing I start making her portrait, I started classic , and I was almost there , capturing her kindness, her wrinkles....I remembered that she always said that art is not about the reality, it meant to put you in the most beautiful spot possible. I tried ...I will keep trying , hopping that from out there , somewhere she is proud.

Dear Evelina, what a glorious tribute to her!…I find that my artwork allows me to move… thru…especially Neurographic technique. Chère Evelina, je crois que votre maman est très fière de vous, de vos accomplissements, de vos peintures qui brillent de couleurs, de vos idées. A mon avis, ma mère était toujours déplaît avec mes choix,…toujours la critique…aujourd’hui je pense, peut être, c’est seulement mes contresens à cause de mes Insuffisances perfectionistes.
